The Curtis Institute of Music presents The Nightingale’s Sonata, a dramatic tale of love, intrigue, and great music told in music, words, and photographs based on the compelling new book, The Nightingale’s Sonata. It is the story of legendary Curtis violin faculty member, Lea Luboshutz, and her musical family presented by, her grandson and biographer, Thomas Wolf.  Wolf will take us from the shores of the Black Sea to the great concert halls of Europe and America and recount tales of the early days of Curtis.
